1449 Ste-Catherine

Project 1449 Ste-Catherine, now called Le Mont, is located in the heart of the Ville-Marie neighbourhood in Montreal. For this exceptional project, our team was approached by the client and the contractor, who wanted our expertise and technical know-how in multi-residential projects.
Since the design principles had already been established during the first phase of the project, the clients were looking for a team with the ability to analyse and optimise the new version of the project in all its aspects, both for the common spaces and the housing.
We worked closely with the client, the contractor and all the professional teams to improve the project in terms of cabinetry and custom millwork as well as various finishes, fixtures and equipments throughout the design and construction process.
