Transformation of the former Hôtel du Fort into a condominium of 90 units, spread over 11 floors and including a lobby, a gym, an urban lounge and a magnificent terrace with a view of downtown. The challenge of this project was to optimize the unit plans in order to offer a functional and quality space, while integrating the structural constraints of the building and the interior systems. In addition to planning, our design team completed the complete interior design of the common areas and residential units, and coordinated the work throughout the construction process. Our team’s selection and coordination of furniture and accessories resulted in four model units. Groups of finishes were also selected and presented to allow future buyers to make their choice in a simple and efficient manner.
