After having developed the design of the 3 previous phases of the project, the DAG team tackled the 4th and final phase of the complex, the one with the largest number of units. For continuity with the design of the Phase 3 units, we worked in collaboration with the architects to refine the spaces while respecting the standards established in previous phases.
For the common areas, the team updated the colour palette and developed a concept that highlights the double height of the lobby. We paid particular attention to the mezzanine gym so that it would fit harmoniously within the space.
