Rosemont les Quartiers Phase 2B

To the Rosemont les Quartiers retirement residence project, completed in 2016, are added two related phases. Phase 2A includes 68 rental units, which are added to the project’s Phase 1, as well as a 52-room care unit with related services and common areas. Phase 2B consists of 72 rental units, related services, and additional common spaces accessible from Phase 1. These spaces include a bowling alley, an indoor pool, lounges and a library. The entire project, developed over several years, had to be homogeneous and without distinction between the phases.
